Volunteer Outreach Coordinator
Full time position (35 hours per week) to recruit,
train, assign volunteers for the various administrative and direct services
of the Agency, and plan and execute activities/events to recognize volunteers.
Position requirements include a Bachelors’ degree, 1-2 years relevant
experience, excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational
skills, word processing and database/spreadsheet computer software proficiency,

Case Manager – Youth Program
Full time professional position to coordinate services, provide outreach for high-risk families/youth and serve as a catalyst for change. Position requires BA degree, organization skills, case management experience, knowledge of community resources, knowledge of juvenile justice, substance abuse and family systems, available/reliable transportation, and clean criminal and motor vehicle histories. Must also possess the ability to engage and work with teens from varied ethnic/socio-economic backgrounds, all levels of staff and local agencies. Spanish bilingual skills preferred.
