Our Services
Behavioral Health Services: Through a variety of programs and services, our counselors and case managers help individuals when life becomes overwhelming.
Youth Services: FSW’s Youth Services offers year round programming to youth ages 12-23 from the Greater Bridgeport area who are referred to our programs. Participating youth are trained and motivated to develop life, employment, entrepreneurship, business and leadership skills.
Financial Education and Planning:
FSW helps individuals and families acquire the financial skills and positive behaviors they need to stabilize their finances and build assets. Our programs offer financial education services to help families achieve and sustain economic stability.
Small Business Development: For some, entrepreneurship may be a road to financial freedom. FSW offers programs to help entrepreneurs and small business owners start or grow their own businesses.
Homeless Prevention: FSW’s Bridge Fund is a financial literacy and interest-free loan program designed to help prevent homelessness.
Literacy Services:
FSW provides opportunities for lifelong learning and literacy to help clients achieve personal and economic success .
Workplace Readiness and Training: FSW’s Workskills programs train adults to obtain jobs in today’s economy, helping ensure a living wage for our clients, and a skilled workforce for our state.
Services for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing:
FSW’s Deaf and Hard of Hearing program is a leading provider of services such as education, case management, advocacy and sign language interpreting services.
Food Services: FSW delivers well-balanced, nutritious meals to individuals residing in the Greater New Haven area. |
